The 2025 French Coffee Technicians Championship once again showcased the expertise of coffee professionals at the Paris Coffee Show on 13 and 14 September. Organised by Nuova Simonelli and the Collectif Café, this unique event in France celebrates experts in the maintenance and adjustment of professional coffee machines. In partnership with BWT water+more France, this edition brought together passionate technicians who demonstrated their mastery of the art of extraction and technical precision in the pursuit of the perfect espresso.

After several demanding tests — diagnosis, disassembly, adjustment and calibration — Stéphane Blaise from Expresso Service was awarded the title of French Coffee Technician Champion 2025. Congratulations to him on this well-deserved victory!
